Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to cancel their order and return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason (in accordance with EU consumer protection law).

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.

Return Process

2. We will provide detailed instructions and the return address.

3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
