1. General

This website is operated by AJH Watches. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT) where applicable, unless otherwise stated. For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to change prices, delivery terms, and product selection without prior notice.

3. Ordering

Placing an order in our online store is binding. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been received.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the most common international payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely, and the full amount is charged when the order is placed.

5. Delivery

We ship products within Finland, the European Union, and internationally. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times vary depending on stock availability and the delivery address. Any delays caused by customs clearance outside the EU are beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers within the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
For customers outside the EU, local consumer protection laws may apply. Please contact our customer service for return instructions.
Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.

7. Warranty and Complaints

All our products include a minimum warranty of (12 months) against manufacturing and material defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. If a defect occurs, please contact our customer service without delay.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJH Watches is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes of fulfilling your order and providing customer service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. For EU consumers, disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through the Consumer Disputes Board or the competent court.
For international customers, disputes shall be subject to the competent court in Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
